For this special edition of Active Release Breathwork, Studio Twenty Two is collaborating with Nordic Sauna Rentals to bring together wood-fired sauna, cold plunge, ceremonial ccao, fire, music, connection and conscious connected breathwork in one experience.

Arm balances aren't about being the strongest person in the room—they're about understanding the mechanics behind the movement. In this 90-minute workshop, you'll build strength, improve mobility, and break down the alignment, balance, and technique that make arm balances accessible for every body. Let go of fear, have FUN and explore what is possible!!

Modern Wellness, Refined. Femma Wellness Circles are thoughtfully held spaces for women to pause, reconnect, and come back to themselves. Rooted in compassionate listening, mindfulness, embodied practice, and evidence-informed support. Femma offers a modern approach to women’s wellness, creating space for: clarity, confidence, connection, and meaningful personal growth. Each 90-minute circle invites women to slow down and be present through a combination of gentle movement, breath-work, mindfulness, self-reflection, journaling, and guided conversation. The experience is designed to support women in connecting more deeply with themselves and with one another in a space where they can feel seen, heard, and understood.
