"After becoming a mother and working full-time, I wanted to find a way to move my body but found it difficult to continue playing sports. I decided to try yoga after meeting Sarah, who taught locally. Starting with Science of Stretching, I eventually signed up for a monthly membership to attend Fit Yoga on Tuesday evenings taught by Sarah and Pilates on Thursday evenings taught by Melanie. Both classes are high energy and full of fun, and everyone is welcome.
