    Welcome to "The Fire," our signature class that blends strength, cardio and flexibility, aiming to ignite your inner flame, awaken your core strength, and invigorate your movement.

    Class begins with a centering meditation followed by a dynamic vinyasa/hatha practice. A Pilates-inspired core workout follows, sculpting and strengthening your core for stability and balance. Symbolizing fire's transformative energy, the back-bending series opens your heart and releases stagnant energy, promoting personal growth. The class concludes with a stretch session and shavasana.

    Throughout the class, you'll explore the seven spiritual laws and the 8 Limbs of Yoga, infusing heartfelt teachings into each session.

    Traditional Hatha flow with Breathing & Chanting

    Focusing on the air element during a traditional Hatha flow style class. The essence of the air element will be felt during Pranayams, Asanas, meditation and chanting. Also incorporated between asanas are subtle exercises called Sukshama Vyayama which focuses on your joint movements with the breath to help remove energy blockages and reduce the side effects of excess air in the body. This class will help you strengthen your balance and flexibility which will flow into your everyday life off the mat. This class will leave you walking away feeling deeply relaxed with a heightened sense of awareness.

    Welcome to "The Burn"β€”an experience designed around the element of fire. Ignite transformation in this Hot Power Flow class. Reflecting the intensity of stoking a fire. Begin with a powerful Vinyasa Flow, synchronizing deliberate movements with breath. Increase flexibility, build strength, and challenge cardiovascular endurance. Embrace the physical challenge and tap into your inner strength and resilience. "The Burn" welcomes all levels and fosters personal growth and empowerment.

    Stretching/Yin

    Welcome to "The Stretch" β€” a yin style class that focuses on stretching and holding poses for 3-5 minutes, to release tension and allow the body to surrender. We use 4:8 Breathing to activate the relaxation response, find ease in challenging postures, and ground your mind. Each class targets specific areas such as Hips, Hamstrings, or Back, allowing you to address concerns and improve flexibility and range of motion. Consistent practice of "The Stretch" will result in noticeable improvements in your body's mobility. You'll be encouraged to surpass previous hold times, gradually increasing your body's capacity for elongation and enhancing your overall flexibility.

    Begginers Yoga

    Welcome to "The Foundation". An an introduction to the practice of yoga. The class is slower-paced than an all-levels class, focusing on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses.

    Whether you are new to yoga or familiar with the practice, this class will help you develop balance, strength, and flexibility without feeling overwhelmed or confused. In this class, we will take our time to get into postures, focusing on the basics. We will combine yoga postures and breathing exercises to strengthen the body, reduce stress, and calm the mind.

    You will learn how to confidently use a yoga block, strap, and bolsters for support and proper alignment. Georgie offers both hands-on and verbal cues, providing an open and safe space to ask any questions as you embark on your path to self-discovery in The Foundation.

    Welcome to "Power Pilates” a dynamic Pilates-inspired experience that will challenge and motivate you! during the first half, you’ll engage in a creative mix of high-intensity exercises such as Tabata, circuit training, and strength and balance movements. Push your limits, elevate your heart rate, and achieve your fitness goals while igniting your determination and passion.

    Finish the class off with stretching. Here, 4:8 breathing is incorporated to promote relaxation and enhance the mind-body connection. you'll focus on stretching and flexibility gains. Through deep stretches, you'll release tension, find stability, and foster a deep connection with your body.
