Welcome to Studio Twenty-Two, a wellness club for a generation seeking wonder, balance, and connection. Our mission is to empower your mind, body, and spirit both on and off the mat, so you can reclaim your alignment and unlock your full potential.

At Studio Twenty-Two, we offer a range of services, including hot yoga, movement classes, modern wellness treatments, and clean wellness products, all sourced from Canadian, women-owned companies. Our space is designed to be more than just a fitness studio; it's a sanctuary that allows you to connect with yourself and elevate your well-being.

At Studio Twenty-Two, we believe in taking care of ourselves as humans having a human experience. That means taking time to have fun, to play, and to explore who we are. Our goal is to support your journey towards optimal health and well-being by creating a safe and welcoming space for all.

    From movement practices that promote physical balance to mindfulness practices that support emotional and mental balance, we strive to provide tools and techniques to help our students find greater equilibrium and harmony in their lives. We believe that balance is not just about physical and mental aspects, but also about the balance between the masculine and feminine energies within us. Our classes focus on developing both the yin and yang aspects of the body, helping our students to cultivate a balance between strength and flexibility, stability and mobility, action and receptivity. We also encourage our students to explore and embrace both their masculine and feminine energies, as both are essential for a well-rounded and balanced life.

    Presents are nice, yes! But we’re talking about giving the gift of our time and presence. We hold space for all of those who walk into our studio. We’re an ear to lend and sometimes a shoulder to cry on.

  • 09. MEDITATION

    Taking the time to be still (might we suggest 30 minutes in the morning and at night?) can open up a world of possibilities. Trust us! To get you started, all of our classes offer a short meditation to help you find calm, peace and balance in your life

    Stopping to smell the roses is a way of life over here! We live in the present moment and find joy in the small things, the big things, and everything in between.

    Everything is an energetic exchange and every action has a reaction. If our actions come from a place of kindness and abundance we will receive it back.

    At Studio Twenty-Two we encourage you to come as you are. When we embrace our authentic selves, we inspire others to do the same.     In Buddhism, your Dharma represents your calling, the things you're naturally attracted to, and what you thrive at. In turn, we use our Dharma to serve others. We are committed to seeking our higher selves and discovering our Dharma and are passionate about helping you to find yours!

    As Elsa sings in Frozen “My power flurries through the air into the ground, My soul is spiralling in frozen fractals all around.” We want you to step into your power and shine your light as bright as can be!

    We believe that gratitude has the power to transform our lives. We encourage our students to practice gratitude in all aspects of their lives, and offer classes, workshops, and events to explore gratitude through movement, meditation, and self-reflection. We are committed to creating a culture of gratitude in our studio and community, and believe that expressing gratitude can create a ripple effect of positivity and generosity.

    There is transformative power in forgiveness. We recognize that as human beings, we are all fallible and imperfect, and that sometimes we may hurt others or be hurt ourselves. Despite this, we choose to seek goodness in all human beings, and to cultivate a spirit of forgiveness and compassion. We understand that forgiveness is not always easy, but we believe that it is a necessary part of the healing process.

Our classes provide tools and techniques to help our students relax, unwind, and prepare their bodies and minds for a restful night's sleep.
