CA Domestic Shipping

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 business days from the date of purchase. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time: We offer standard shipping through Canada Post for all domestic orders. Delivery time may vary based on your location within Canada. Typically, orders are delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package and the shipping destination. Shipping rates are displayed at checkout. Orders over $100CAD are shipped free

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the Canada Post website using this tracking number.

Delivery Issues: If there are any issues with the delivery of your package, please contact Canada Post directly for assistance. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped and are in the possession of Canada Post.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100 (before taxes). This offer is valid for orders shipped within Canada only.

Local Pickup: We also offer the option of local pickup for customers who are in the area. Orders can be picked up at our boutique during regular business hours. Please select the "local pickup" option at checkout if you wish to use this service.

International Shipping

At this time, Studio Twenty Two does not ship internationally

Returns

Refunds: Customers can return any unused and unopened products within 14 days from the date of purchase, for a full refund. The refund should be issued in the same form of payment used during the original transaction.
 

Exchanges: Customers can exchange any unused and unopened products within a reasonable time 14 days from the date of purchase, for another product of equal or lesser value. If the new product is of greater value, the customer will pay the difference.


Damaged products: If a product is damaged or defective, the customer can return it for a full refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase.


Sales and clearance items: Sales and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they are damaged or defective.


Proof of purchase: Customers are required to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.


Pricing and Discounts: All pricing and discounts should be clearly marked and communicated to customers. Any sales or discounts should be promoted effectively to encourage sales and customer loyalty. If you have a membership that allows a discount for you, please let us know before the purchase is made so we can look you up easily in our system.
